1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a WhaleFlow.io account or otherwise using the service (“WhaleFlow”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. WhaleFlow is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
3. Nature of the Service
WhaleFlow is an analytics and information tool that measures large-trade activity (“whales”) on public cryptocurrency futures markets, derives reaction and confidence metrics, and delivers user-configured alerts. WhaleFlow is a data product only. We do not execute trades, custody funds, provide brokerage services, or interact with exchange accounts on your behalf.
4. Not Financial Advice
Nothing displayed or delivered by WhaleFlow — including alerts, scores, accuracy percentages, explanations, dashboards, or Telegram messages — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information is provided for informational purposes only. Any decision you make on the basis of information from WhaleFlow is solely your own responsibility.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk, including the risk of total loss.
5. Accuracy Metrics
“Accuracy” figures shown next to alert rules measure the proportion of past triggers for which the price moved at least the configured take-profit percentage in the alert direction before hitting the configured stop-loss, within the configured time window. Triggers where neither threshold was reached are excluded from the denominator. These figures are historical, backward-looking, and make no representation about future performance.
6. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
7. Subscription Tiers
WhaleFlow is offered in Free and Pro tiers. Tier limits, features, and prices are described in the product UI and may be updated from time to time. Pro features may be granted through paid subscription or through promotional or referral codes at our discretion. We may modify the contents of any tier on reasonable notice.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Scrape, mirror, rehost, resell, or publicly redistribute WhaleFlow data, alerts, or computed metrics without our written permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the underlying models, thresholds, or scoring formulas.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service, including by circumventing rate limits or authentication controls.
- Impersonate another user or access another user's account without authorization.
- Use the service to operate or support an automated trading system without our written permission.
9. Telegram Integration
If you link a Telegram chat to your account, you authorize us to send alert and status messages to that chat. You can disconnect at any time by sending /stop to the bot or by using the disconnect control in Settings. Telegram is a third-party service governed by its own terms; we are not responsible for Telegram availability or message delivery delays.
10. Third-Party Data Sources
WhaleFlow ingests public market data from third-party exchanges (currently Binance and Bybit). We do not control the accuracy, completeness, or continuity of that upstream data. Outages, reconnection gaps, or corrections from an upstream source may affect the metrics and alerts you see.
11. Intellectual Property
WhaleFlow, its code, UI, branding, documentation, analytical methodology, and all other materials are our property or the property of our licensors. Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
12. Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to operate and improve the service, without any obligation to you.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any alert will be timely, correct, or profitable.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will WhaleFlow, its operators, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the service, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or twenty-five US dollars (USD 25), whichever is greater.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WhaleFlow harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, or operational necessity. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time through the Settings panel. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Your continued use of WhaleFlow after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The version and date at the top of this page identify the edition in force.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye.
